Email raykeysupport@gmail.com. Please include your phone model, operating-system version and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, sign-in links or sensitive document images.
We aim to respond within two business days.
Getting started
- Type or speak something you want RayKey to remember.
- Select Buy to add and organize shopping items.
- Use Scan to capture a document or extract details from a visiting card.
- Sign in only if you want to share Buy items with a household.
Permissions and notifications
Microphone or speech recognition is unavailable
Open your phone's app settings for RayKey, then enable Microphone. On iPhone, also enable Speech Recognition. You can always type instead.
Reminders are not notifying you
In RayKey, open Settings → Reminder settings and check notification status. Also open your phone's notification settings for RayKey and enable alerts.
Camera or photos are unavailable
Open your phone's app settings for RayKey and allow Camera, Photos or Files access as needed. RayKey asks only when you choose a related feature.
Sign-in and household sharing
An email sign-in link does not open RayKey
Open the link on the same phone where you requested it. If it expired or was already used, return to Family & sharing and request a new link.
Buy items are not syncing
Confirm that both people are signed in, belong to the same household and have an internet connection. Only Buy items are shared; reminders, documents, contacts and notes remain private on each phone.
Delete your account
- Open RayKey and select Settings.
- Open Family & sharing.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the explanation and confirm Delete account.
This permanently removes your sign-in account, RayKey cloud profile, household membership and invitation records. If you are the only member of a household, its shared Buy items are deleted. If other members remain, ownership passes to another member and their shared Buy items remain.
Reminders, documents, contacts and notes stored only on your phone remain until you delete them or remove RayKey from the phone.
